Working principle of electric winch

The working principle of the electric winch is to convert electric energy into mechanical energy through the motor, that is, the rotor output of the motor rotates, and drives the drum to rotate after the V-belt, shaft and gear decelerate.
It is used for electric hoists with large lifting height, large loading and unloading capacity and cumbersome working conditions. It is required to have good speed regulation performance, especially the empty hook can drop quickly. For installation or sensitive materials, it should be able to descend at a slight moving speed.
The electric winch uses the motor as the power, drives the drum through the elastic coupling, three-stage closed gear reducer, tooth coupling, and adopts the electromagnetic system.
The electric winch has strong versatility, compact structure, small volume, light weight, heavy lifting, convenient use and transfer. It is widely used in material lifting or leveling of buildings, water conservancy projects, forestry, mines, wharves, etc. it can also be used as supporting equipment of modern electric control automatic operation line.
