E+H PH Digital Electrode CPS11D Product Advantages and Application Industry

The E+H Orbit CPS11D, is a type of electrode used in process and environmental engineering. Reliable measurements can be made even when used in high concentration lye or in hazardous areas. The use of low maintenance and long service life design can save the use cost of electrodes. Using Memosens digital technology, CPS11D has both large process and data integrity, and is easy to operate. Electricity has corrosion resistance and moisture-proof functions and can be used for laboratory calibration and equipment pre maintenance.

E+H electrode is suitable for standard applications in the process and environmental fields. It is equipped with anti-pollution PTFE diaphragm, and the built-in temperature sensor is optional. It is a type of electrode used in process and environmental engineering. Reliable measurements can be made even when used in high concentration lye or in hazardous areas. The use of low maintenance and long service life design can save the use cost of electrodes.

PH electrode CPS11D digital electrode Memosens technical advantages:
1. Digital data transmission ensures data security
2. Storage of sensor characteristic parameters, easy to operate
3. Non-contact inductive signal transmission ensures minimum process safety
4. The load parameters of the sensor are recorded in the sensor to achieve pre maintenance
Reduce process shutdown time, extend sensor service life, and reduce operating cost.

CPS11D is a component in electronic or electrical devices and equipment, which is used as two ends of input or output current in conductive medium (solid, gas, vacuum or electrolyte solution). One pole of input current is called anode or positive pole, and the other pole of discharge current is called cathode or negative pole. There are various types of electrodes, such as cathode, anode, welding electrode, electric furnace electrode, etc. In the battery, the electrode generally refers to the position where the redox reaction occurs with the electrolyte solution. There are positive and negative electrodes. Generally, the positive electrode is the cathode, where electrons are obtained, and reduction reaction takes place. The negative electrode is the anode, where electrons are lost, and oxidation reaction takes place. The electrode can be metal or nonmetal, as long as it can exchange electrons with the electrolyte solution, it becomes the electrode.
Suitable for flow-through and immersion installations
Long term stability: the second electrolyte bridge is used to better prevent electrode poisoning, such as S2 – or CN – ions
Sturdy polymer housing prevents mechanical damage
Flat diaphragm for high flow and fibrotic media measurement
Non-contact inductive signal transmission ensures minimal process safety
Storage of sensor characteristic parameters for easy pre maintenance
Reduce process shutdown time, extend electrode service life, and reduce operating cost.
