On September 17, 2025, after nearly two years of dedicated R&D and investment, following the successful acquisition of DNV (Det Norske Veritas) certification for our standard network cables, our company is proud to announce another significant achievement—the official expansion of our network cable product DNV certification scope! This expansion now includes certification for offshore specialty network cables, marking another international recognition of our technical capabilities in complex application scenarios. It further enables us to provide transmission solutions that meet global high standards for clients across more diverse sectors.

To develop high-performance network cables, the company established a specialized R&D team. Addressing common challenges in maritime and industrial environments such as signal interference, transmission attenuation, oily conditions, and high mechanical stress, our R&D personnel conducted extensive testing and iterative improvements. By optimizing conductor structure and insulation, refining sheath material formulations, and incorporating features like metal braided armor, we successfully achieved stable cable transmission in complex environments, fully complying with the IEC 61156-5 and IEC 61156-1 international standards.

During the rigorous certification testing phase, our network cables withstood multiple extreme challenges. The products demonstrated continuous, uninterrupted operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +75°C, surpassing the limitations of traditional network cables. Remarkably, they maintained signal transmission for 180 minutes when exposed to flames at 830°C, far exceeding the standard requirements of IEC 60331-2. Benefiting from upgrades in materials and manufacturing processes, our cables also passed the stringent NEK 606 tests for oil and mud resistance. They retained excellent electrical and mechanical properties even after 7 days in high-oil environments or 56 days of immersion in calcium bromide solution. These represent just a fraction of the comprehensive testing regime. After undergoing 43 major test categories over nearly three months, our network cables successfully met all certification requirements.

This DNV certificate is not only an honor for our company but also delivers tangible value for our clients and the industry. For sectors with exceptionally high demands for product reliability—such as maritime vessel communication, offshore platform data transmission, and high-end industrial automation control—DNV certification serves as a “guarantee of quality.” Choosing our network cables significantly reduces the risk of equipment failure, enhances project safety, and provides clients with confidence and peace of mind in critical applications.
