Chelsea technologies group (CTG) provides water monitoring for ship exhaust gas cleaning system

In order to comply with the relevant environmental protection regulations of IMO, the global shipping industry is required to comply with the specified exhaust emission standards, which will be more strictly implemented in the next few years.

Chelsea Technologies Group (CTG) will provide a sensing system for the shipping industry as an integrated part of the onboard exhaust gas cleaning system to continuously monitor performance. Chelsea Technologies Group (CTG) can install the system for new and modified ships.

Each system includes a plurality of sensor cabinets for monitoring the inlet and outlet of seawater. Through data comparison, it can ensure that the exhaust gas cleaning system operates within an acceptable standard. Each sensor cabinet monitors PAH, turbidity, temperature, pH value and flow switch.

The sensor data will be transmitted to the main control system through an Ethernet connection. Chelsea’s low-cost uvilux sensor can meet the requirements of PAH and turbidity measurement and meet international standards.
